System1 Group Expects Strong Financial Performance

1 Mins read

System1 Group, a leading marketing and brand consultancy based in the U.K., has announced that it is on track to surpass market expectations for full-year revenue and pretax profit. This positive forecast comes after a notable increase in revenue during the first half of fiscal year 2024.

The company anticipates a significant rise of approximately 25% in total revenue for the six-month period ending on September 30th, compared to the same period in fiscal year 2023. This growth can primarily be attributed to a substantial increase of around 40% in platform revenue.

System1 Group has managed to sustain the enhanced gross profit margins achieved in the second half of fiscal year 2023 throughout the current fiscal year, establishing a solid foundation for a financially successful year. The board is highly encouraged by these positive developments and is confident in the company’s ability to surpass market forecasts for revenue and adjusted pretax profit for the entirety of the current financial year.

According to a forecast by Canaccord Genuity, System1 Group is projected to generate revenue of £26.7 million ($32.5 million) and £1 million in pretax profit for the fiscal year ending on March 31st.
