With U.S. stock markets set to open in two hours, CAVA Group Inc. (CAVA) experienced a pre-market trading increase of 8.5%, while Target Corp. (TGT) saw a rise of 8.4%.

H&R Block Inc. (HRB), Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (BECN), and Coinbase Global Inc. (COIN) all recorded gains of at least 5%. In contrast, Coherent Corp. (COHR) and Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (JKHY) faced declines in early trading, with drops of 21.8% and 6.2%, respectively.

Market Futures

Meanwhile, the S&P 500 futures indicated a 0.09% decrease, and the futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.03%. The Cboe Volatility Index futures witnessed an increase of 20.16%.

Commodities Report

In terms of commodities, Brent crude oil futures experienced a minor decline of 0.09%, whereas gold futures showed a slight increase of 0.07%. Bitcoin also faced a slight decrease, down 0.08% to $29,148.

Treasury Yield

The 10-Year Treasury yield saw a decline to 4.189%.

Previous Trading Session

During the previous regular trading session, the S&P 500 dropped by 1.16%, and the Dow fell by 1.02%. Asian stocks took a hit overnight, with Japan’s NIKKEI 225 Index experiencing a decrease of 1.46% and China’s Shanghai Composite Index falling by 0.82%.

European Market Updates

Currently, stocks in Europe are also on a downward trajectory, as the STOXX Europe 600 Index declined by 0.19%, and the FTSE 100 Index fell by 0.48% from the previous close.
